Nice basic suite, pleasant place to stay We'd never stayed at a WoodSpring facility but were reasonably pleased by the experience. It was a great convenience to have a kitchenette with full-sized fridge & microwave. Beds were quite comfortable and the place was clean. We were checked in by a young man who was competent & professional. This hotel is geared toward extended-stay guests. Yes I know this was not a typical hotel, that maid service wasnkoy provided daily. I also know that many other things would not be provided. Yet I exepected that when you request maid service that you agree to pay extra for it get done. I also would expect that if someone goes to the front desk and asks to buy some laundry soap because there was notes that it was available it would be available there or that they would tell you that it is available for purchase in the laundry room.

Great Prices and Location Hotel was outside of Cleveland about 15 mins. Great shops near by. Hotel was in excellent condition, with great security. Problems: 1.) Must pay for cookware (if you plan to cook) 2.) No housekeeping unless you stay one week 3.) Must take own towels (1 towel and 1 wash cloth) down to front desk each day to receive new ones 4.) be alert when the front desk person gave me this hate filled look becouse i ask her to explain what it was that i was about to sign. i knew this is not a person who should be in the hospitality business. then she did not return my drivers lic. causing me a great bit of inconvience.

No daily houskeeping service. Thin walls. You can hear your neighbors T.V.. If you want clean towels you have to bring then down to the front desk where I only once saw a desk clerk who was not at all friendly. If you want assistance you have to call and wait for someone to come to the office. I was also asked to take out my own trash. Only good thing was the comfortable bed, and the maintenance man John was very ftiendly.
