Tv didn't work and smelled like a smoking room. But they did give me a bigger room because they didn't have what I reserved on hotels.com
Average Very noisy during evening. No breakfast. Seemed to be a temporary housing place. Very few staff. Staff nice but understaffed always had to track them down.

Be very careful about your charges! We were charged almost double of what the confirmed price was on our reservation. I have contacted the hotel multiple times to resolve the issue. They did give me a partial refund but still owe me $97. Each time I have called WoodSpring Suites in Avon, OH I have been assured someone will call me back. Not true! I was told once that I had to go through hotels.com to get the refund. I contacted them and they were extremely helpful but since they were not the billing party they could not do a... read more
