Decent Hotel I stood on the side of the hotel near the highway and it was difficult to fall asleep with the constant flying by of cars also there may have been a plumming issue or something because at random times a loud noise would come from inside the walls over near the bathroom. The room was nice and comfortable and the staff that I did deal with was friendly so I would certainly suggest this hotel for somebody visiting the Cleveland area.

perfect comfortable room for business nobody's at the counter after dark the after hours made me water till 8:00am when they opened and I got there at 4:00 am

The rooms were nice and clean. The beds were comfy Nice and clean and very comfortable beds I got a good nights sleep

Fair The room was small.....No shampoo in the bathrooms for showers.

Good for Money you paid Its a long stay facility but overall good for money you pay. Probably should cost a little less for it is not a full or half service place. But it is very clean, the guests are pretty normal people and I can stay there again. Staff is helpful within their capacity.

Average room. Affordable, decent. No frills. Elevator and hallways smell like cigarette smoke. It looks like they were in the middle of a renovation, so hopefully a few problems will be fixed.
