perfect comfortable room for business nobody's at the counter after dark the after hours made me water till 8:00am when they opened and I got there at 4:00 am

The rooms were nice and clean. The beds were comfy Nice and clean and very comfortable beds I got a good nights sleep

Fair The room was small.....No shampoo in the bathrooms for showers.

Good for Money you paid Its a long stay facility but overall good for money you pay. Probably should cost a little less for it is not a full or half service place. But it is very clean, the guests are pretty normal people and I can stay there again. Staff is helpful within their capacity.

Average room. Affordable, decent. No frills. Elevator and hallways smell like cigarette smoke. It looks like they were in the middle of a renovation, so hopefully a few problems will be fixed.

Family Reunion I booked hotel over six months prior to arrival. I booked four rooms for ten nights. I was sick and ended up in the hospital on the first night I was supposed to arrive at the hotel. The rest of the family all checked in as planned. I called the hotel and explained that I was in the hospital and could not check into the hotel in Avon Ohio since I was hopsitalized in West Virginia. I would be arriving one day late. Nice quiet stay Nice clean place to stay no frills. Only complaint was t.v. Didn't work and when changed out no one knew how to program the new one. Wound up changing rooms

Summer of 2016 spent 10 days 3rd floor is a smoking floor. really ! The second night they moved us to the 4th floor. Room not clean found hair on the counter, sticky floors, Sticky and not cleaned table top. Internet is extra 10.00 / week. House cleaners stand together in the hall talking numerous times in the same spot. should be busy cleaning!
