Be very careful about your charges! We were charged almost double of what the confirmed price was on our reservation. I have contacted the hotel multiple times to resolve the issue. They did give me a partial refund but still owe me $97. Each time I have called WoodSpring Suites in Avon, OH I have been assured someone will call me back. Not true! I was told once that I had to go through hotels.com to get the refund. I contacted them and they were extremely helpful but since they were not the billing party they could not do a... read more

Love this hotel The best choice this far
Nice kitchen in room with small stove & microwave Pleasant stay but highway noise. Enjoy cooking in room instead of going out to eat all the time. Nice size refrigerator to fit all my food. Nice size room with table and chairs as well to eat.

Convenient and clean hotel The room was clean and quiet. The only thing I was not crazy about was they did not have room darkening curtains. Also you will only get 1 bar of soap for your entire stay, so bring your own. Other than that, it was very clean and spacious.
