I liked it.... The room had a kitchen and it was all clean. But you do need to bring your own items or you can purchase a set for 29.99. you will need to also bring a sponge & dish detergent, nothing is provided for the kitchen. You will also need to bring ice if you plan on drinking something immediately. Ice tray are provided in the freezer.

could be a bit more cordial to customers The hotel was clean and well kept. I arrived late (around 11:00 PM) and the night manager (?) was a bit chippy at first but the night clerk was very nice. All in all it was a nice place to stay and I would stay again.

More than what I rxpected Value Place was very well maintaimed in every area, from the lobby to the hallways, guest laundry, guest room, etc. Bonnie is the the best thing they've got going. She goes out of her way to ensure guests have what they need to be comfortable and the bonus--she does it with a smile! The one downside was the bed. It is not conducive to those with back problems, either the mattress was to worn or simply not firm enough. I actually slept on the floor after the second night. Didn't like how only one floor was allowed to smoke but overall the stay was nice...beds were comfortable and stores was in convenient distance...wish it had more amenities such as pool and fitness room...
