Nice hotel with ease of travel to cleveland, ohio The hotel is an extended stay hotel which can cause a problem with reservations if current guest decide to stay over, which happened in my case. We had to stay at another hotel for 1 night. we were compensated for the room, but it did cause an inconvenience with unpacking and then repacking. One drawback was construction at they hotel exit, but you should be informed about the next available exit which is no inconvenience to you.

Very nice facility The hotel was very nice,clean,comfortable,and pleasant. The staff was very friendly and helpful knowledgeable. I enjoyed my stay any will recommend to friends and family visiting the area.

Great extended stay hotel The staff is extremely attentive, and the hotel/rooms are superbly clean. (My room was, at least.) I've stayed at worse hotels, where half of what I paid for the entire weeks is the cost of a single night's stay!

First Class Operation Internet connection did not work in our first room, so we were given another, larger, nicer room for no increase in price. The staff was unusually kind and pleasant.

The room was filthy dirty furniture was broken light bulb 1out of 3 worked bugs in the drawers nothing good about it could not stay there we left
