Staff was rarely available. Elevaror was incredibly slow. Exterior grounds was littered. I had to have one of my keys re-programmed 2 or 3 times. I have travelled for 18 years in 47 states. This was one of the 2 or 3 worst hotel stays I have ever had.

Room had no phone and no Wi-Fi….staff was very nice, but people need to be aware of this.

Terrible experience. cockroach’s on the sink and gum stuck to dirty floors. Marijuana odor as you checked in throughout the hallways. Absolutely horrible.

Room was not clean. Food spatter all on the walls and blinds. Mold around the tub. There was dog hair on the bathroom floor and hair on one of the bed sheets. Elevator is very very slow. The back door to the hotel stayed propped open so anyone could just walk in.

The property was only passable as a place to stay the night. The front desk was not staffed at crtical hours nor was assistance available for guests who accidentally got locked out of their rooms. There was a group of children I estimate about from age 8 to age 16 that were hanging out and making noise right outside my door. When I called the front desk they told me that these children "live here" and that is where they play. Not recommended, Ever.
