Never again They only clean the rooms every 14 days and I was also waking up to something biting me I have multiple marks on me let front desk new they did terrible experience

Nothing to like. Filthy room, filthy floors. Putrid smells in hallways and elevator. The bed/mattress was the most uncomfortable sleeping apparatus i have ever encountered, and I’ve actually slept outside on rocks a few times in my life. The heater sounded like an old steel mill blast furnace that was ready to explode every time it kicked on. We left a 6:00 am, we literally couldn’t get out fast enough.

No one at check in desk. Could not get room keys that worked for the room door. Had to be let into the room by staff and leave the door propped open if we wanted to leave room. Will never return

Uncomfortable Bathroom was dirty, kitchen had leftover onions, it was unbearably hot even though we turned the heat off. Bed kept moving. Two nights and we got zero sleep.

Do not stay here if you want rest. The walls were thin and floors poorly insulated. Noise all night long. Beds (mattresses/frames) were so very cheap and too thin. The bed frame bars dug into us and there was no comfort found. Beyond this, no basic amenities were offered, like hand soap. No soap or anything in the entire room… Cannot imagine who would extend their stay here. Front desk was non-existent so we couldn’t fix our situation.
