Disgusting The room was filthy, very dirty. Someone toenail was on the floor, it wasn't mine. It could not have been cleaned. The microwave was greasy and dirty. I would never stay there again.

The floor in the room was dirty. Your bare feet would stick to it when walking in it. Your white socks turned yellow from walking on it. The hotel was mostly filled with people who live there not vacationers.

While the initial check in was quick and easy, the rest of our stay was questionable. You have to bring your own coffee pot/pots and pans for the room. We couldn’t get ahold of service staff for needs we had. They had no housekeeping & at 9pm the front desk lady came pounding on the room door to tell us that we had to take out our own trash. Our room looked like a prison block. No recliner no “ home atmosphere. It was ver stark. Then you have to purchase kitchen utensils n pan. Really. Never have I had to do that any where. I traveled for years never have I had to buy basic. That is really nuts. Then 1 wash cloth n 1towel no hand towels. This is not customer service place. The GM was not friendly his side kick was . The dogs had a good place for potty n the location was great.

This property was not the cleanest and had very few amenities. There was a very sticky spot on multiple parts of the room. Beds were uncomfortable and noisy but is a good place to stay if not staying for a long time.
