Location was only good thing. Near dining, entertainment and highway. We booked a room that sleeps 4. We were 3 people and they only gave us 2 towels. Would not give us another. Front desk closes and “24 hr” is via phone only.
Abysmal! We stayed because it was pet friendly and close to where we needed to be. The place smells. The room smelled smokey. This is a place I'd envision myself if I were on hard times. There were people walking loudly and slamming doors at 12am which kept our dogs awake and barking. We ended up checking out the same night we checked in. No front office staff. I'll never be back.

Rooms were clean. Woke up first night with guest screaming and fighting in the hallway. Second night woke at 3am with fire alarm guest set off by cooking in the room. Nobody at front desk after 11pm at night, so guests fend for yourselves. No shampoo, conditioner, body wash. No microwaveable disposable cup to heat a cup of tea. No coffee maker. No coffee or tea. 8:45 pm when I arrived and not a soul around to check me in. I had to pick up a phone and wait for someone and during that time I saw 2 people walk by with what appeared to be a "pipe" in their hand. They had no hot water and when I asked to see a room they hesitated so I hesitated to take the room and went to the Residence Inn, around the corner.

Bad experience We were in town for a wrestling tournament for my son so we checked in after dinner time. There was a note on the window letting us know that there was NO water in the building with no timeframe as to when it would be fixed. It’s an extended stay with a kitchen. There were no cooking supplies, plates or anything. We were told we could by from them for $22 as they were a 2 star hotel that didn’t have the items. We are awakened at 4 am by loud fighting. What a waste of money.. The whole weekend with no hot water or ni water at all.. and they DIDNT bother to say anything upon checking in… Glad I found out afterwards

When I arrived the room I was given was dirty and had no sheets or linen crumbs every where and smelled terrible I went downstairs to the desk and was given a room that the key didn’t work to and I had to carry my things and walk down to the desk abaiwas terribly hot no matter what the thermostat was set to. The bed was uncomfortable with springs poking out.
