Our room didn't have air-conditioning, there was no shower curtain on the bathroom stall and there was blood on the bathroom door. I complained to the staff and was told the hotel was booked, I let them know it was 80 degrees and my mother has asthma, and I was offered a smoking room. Did I mention my mother has asthma. They brought us a fan that is used to dry floors. All other hotels in the area that take pets were booked due to it being Memorial Day weekend.

There was urine on toilet when we arrived, the floor was dirty and the bed linens were stained- got the heck out of there- quick! Do not stay here- camping on a dirt ground is better- and cleaner!

My employee was put in a smoking room and they would not move him

Well they couldn't find my reservation and wanted to charge me almost $90 instead of $60 through Expedia. We ended up going somewhere else. Hopefully I won't be charged. The staff wasn't very nice about the whole thing either.

The Check In Ladies were great . What I did not enjoy and was not any pleasant was the next day . We got called at 8:30 a.m. to be told “ are y’all gonna stay or . Then .. again .. they knocked and told us again .. then again ... last time they actually opened the door and were coming in until we stopped them . All before 11:00 am before check out . Never again will I stop their . I have been to many Hotels/Motel/Suites and never did I experience something like this .

Run away as fast as you can! I reserved a room in advance and when i checked in only smoking rooms where available. In the morning the smell of smoke was so bad we left at 8am. The whole 3rd floor is smoking. We did not even shower because there was black mold on the bottom of the shower curtain. When we left there wrre two female employees at the desk complaining about something and they never asked how our stay was. Now the rate was good but i would never stay there again! Terrible. Waited at front desk for 20 minutes to get checked in. It’s obviously an extended stay type hotel. As we walk in there is a lady frantic trying to find a hotel representive finally called 911. She came to do a well being check on a friend and found them passed away. When someone from the hotel finally showed up to check us in I said to them you do know one of your customers passed away in their room.
