Severly mismanaged. Assigned a room already occupied. Rear door unlockable.limited front parking and inaccesable rear door a major problem. Entire facility rundown.room ok.

From the photos it appeared the hotel was clean and nice but unfortunately there was a lot of homelessness around, the interior was dirty with foul smells. I will never return.

Reserved two rooms the night before. arrived before 400pm and was told they already filled their available rooms and didn’t have rooms for us. This was a pass-through trip to Colorado Springs, so we had to quickly find other accommodations

Need to hire more employees, the hotel was dirty, the hotel smelled really bad, we woke up with itchiness in our body and the beds have bed bugs, the windows need curtains so it can have a dark room. We definitely don’t recommend this hotel. We had a really bad experience.

We informed in prior about the late checkin, but still no one was in the lobby to help. Bedsheets were not clean.

I’ve stayed here in the past (under ESA management) and historically I’ve been refunded for unused nights. Recently the front desk told me I would be issued a refund, printed a receipt showing the total amount after the refund and then refused to honor that through my booking with Expedia. I will not be staying again considering they stole from me and lied about it.

I could hear mice running in the room. Room was dirty. Front desk was friendly. Not even a wash cloth in the room.

I paid for 3 nights, let them know we would be checking in very late at night. Got an email saying it was ok to check in late at night. Got there and the front desk would not check us in. This all was paid for in full. Confirmed everything by email and phone. Un REAL
