After a day of sightseeing returned to the room at 9 PM to find trash still in the trash cans, all the towels gone from the bathroom and bare mattresses. Went to the front desk and no one was there so called the helpline and 30 minutes later someone came to the room with towels and sheets for us to make up our own beds.

Insecure property Very shady property, supposedly secure and a Gatorade bottle was holding the door with the lock on it open to anyone. Beds are very uncomfortable, people ran and walked on our head all night, the room had a horrible odor, we left at 4 a.m. just to get out of this horrible hotel.

Bad Experience Someone was being arrested in the lobby as I was checking in. Room had dog hair all in the bathroom and floor was dirty. Hallway had no smoking signs everywhere, yet the stench of smoke was obvious moving to and from my room and even in the room.I know weed is legal in CO, so I'm sure a lot of the smoke was marijuana smoke. There were three rooms with dogs on my hallway, and they would have a midnight howl every night which woke eveyone up. Not worth the money The beds were really hard and the pet noise was a disturbance. People smoking pot outside the door which came into the hotel lobby area.

Disappointing Stay We booked this hotel because we were staying for a period of 5 days and wanted to be able to cook in our room a few nights instead of eating out. When we arrived and entered our room, it looked like it had not been wiped down and cleaned from the previous customer. I was relieved that at least we had fresh towels and clean sheets. This is not what I expected. TV did not work for 2 nights. WiFi was difficult to. Second day nothing was done. Cleaning, new towels etc. Not sure they have any. Room keys not fitting. We are checking out Sun and have no towels at all.
