Bugs Bugs in floor, cabinets and around stove. Left right away and there was no more rooms available. Deposit charged 2 times. Waiting for a refund.

If I could give a 0 star I would! Rude front desk help and cockroaches running around room! Walked out as soon as we seen the room! DO NOT STAY!!!!!

Not that great No pilloes or comforter when I got in room. Not totally clean, some body hairs here and there. I will stay somwhere else next time.

Their elevators are down & they have roaches. Side door is never closed, should be closed at all times.

They have roaches, & the elevators are down. They don’t clean the rooms. You have to take out your own trash. You have to bring down the previous towels they give you when you first arrive, and it will cost you $1.89 per load. Floors are dirty & sticky. Bathtub water backs up and doesn’t drain properly. Microwave halfway breaking down. The side door is an exit, not an entrance. Customer service for this hotel sucks‼️ I do not recommend anyone staying here‼️

I didn't even have bath towels or a washcloths. When I went to the desk I got one bath towel and no wash cloth was available. Hair all over the shower and sheets. People outside my room making noise after 10 pm. No offer to bring me a washcloth after they were dried, only a hand towel instead. Worse stay ever.
