The rooms were not clean.

We did like anything, the room was super dirty, the bed super uncomfortable, the show tub it fell up of water while you was taking a shower, thanks god we are not going back to the places again, I’m sorry!!!

Had no soup,shampoo..etc.. we had 2 bed room they only had 1 towel in room...and it wasn’t vacuum tha room...!!

Do not stay here Room was dirty, been 5 days and I still havent received my refund

I see two roach in the room And not hit water on the shower

Graduation My room I reserved was dirty. I had to cancel my reservation and stay with my in laws in their room.

No extra toilet paper, and we had to recycle our own towels. There was no room service for a 2 day stay. The dresser was broke, the microwave didn’t work, and the phone was broke.

It was dirty. The tile floor, from the kitchen to bath, was sticky. The carpets were not vacuumed, and it made our socks filthy. When you turned on the lights in the morning, the bugs came out from vents and cupboards. Bedspread had never been washed, as it looked threadbare and filthy. Counters were sticky too. We left the second night, but had to pay, and cancelled the third night. I will never stay in a "Extended Stay" again.
