Needs a lot of work People walking all times of night . People banging on the floor in the rooms over you. Drugs floating all around there. Bathroom tub was damaged and floors was weak. Room smelled musky. Condomns o the ground outside in front of the stairs and underneath it
Property is conveniently located to gate 2 for Fort Jackson, SC and SAMS Club. The morning shift person was cordial, pleasant and helpful. This person alone bumped my rating up a star.
Terrifying Located in back of a Sams Club. "Residents" hanging out out on wallkways with their ashtrays on ground. No smoking?? No office for check out, sink didn't drain, and someone was peaking in window as we tried to sleep.
I never felt so unsafe as when I arrived. Property had homeless roaming around, the hallways and room smelled like “cigarette”. I was traveling with my daughter and had to leave and booked another hotel. I just couldn’t expose my daughter’s safety. Staff was understanding and allowed me to cancel at least half of my reservation.
The accommodations were far from satisfactory. I had booked a room for three people expecting two double beds, as per the description, which implied that each bed could accommodate two individuals. However, upon arrival at the hotel, we discovered that the beds could only fit one person each, which contradicted the standard in the industry. Additionally, the rooms were not clean, the kitchen lacked utensils, plates, cups, a hairdryer, shampoo, and lotion, offering only two small soaps.
