Not worth it, at all. Business travel. Room and hallway reaked of smoke. Bed was a lumpy-rock. Shower had no water pressure. No dishes/utensils/etc for your room unless you request specifically from the front desk. They say they're for the business traveler, but look to be populated by long term residents, only. AND, they double-charged my credit card.

In a office complex The room had a definite smell to it. The breakfast was limited and completely GONE by 10 AM. Would be nice if the coffee was offered throughout the day. Even the staff complained about it.

Never Again Reserved a suite with 2 double beds and received a room with only one bed. Front desk blamed it on Expedia and said sometimes it happens when they overbook. The hotel kindly gave us an additional room at no extra charge. Unfortunately, the room was on a different floor. Since the room was for myself and my teenage daughter, both options were unacceptable. To top it off, both rooms smelled. I think we were given the 2 rooms that no one else wanted. Never again.

Smelly, old, Noisy Just a step up from a Motel 6. The kitchen bar in the room was broken, the room was old and the entire place smelled of smoke or other odd odors. The smell was so bad I left my window open at night. Skip this Extended Stay and find a remodeled one just a few miles away.

Safety and room service were two major concerns. No hotel staff after 11 p.m. and no room service unless you satisfy a 7 day stay. Unheard of conditions in the hotel industry. Consider other options before you stay here.

出張者向き、宿泊経費を抑えたい人向き レンタカーで移動することを前提に、ボルチモアとワシントンDCの中間地点で、 宿泊費用が税込みで1万円未満、キッチン付きで探したら、Extended　Stay　America系列に たどりついた。 何年経過した建物かわからなかったが、残念ながらバスルーム（バスタブ、洗面台、トイレ）は 経年劣化を隠し切れず、清掃はキチンとされていたが、器具自体はお世辞にもキレイとはいえなかった。 「リノベーションした」とあり、確かに部屋のカーペットや椅子などは新しかったが、 キッチンの備品は、プラスチックのコップ×2、コーヒーカップ×2、あとは小さい鍋×1、3種類の皿が各1枚と、定員は2名のはずだが、とてもキッチン備品が揃っているとは言えなかった。 冷静に考えれば、リノベーションをしなければいけないほど古いということかもしれない。 フロントのスタッフや清掃の係員は非常にフレンドリーで、仕事もテキパキしており、好感が持てた。 すぐ隣にごく小さいモールがあり、ミニスーパーとレストランがあったが、それ以外は何も無く、 あくまでも、出張者向きで、観光客が泊まるロケーションではないと思う。 アメリカのリピーターで、レンタカーに慣れていて... read more

Never stay there again Our room had an awful smell. We had to open the window and let the air condition run. Also had stains on the bed spread. No shampoo, no clean towels

Odor of room a BIG problem This hotel was convenient and looks nice. The rooms are big and the full kitchen, though not necessary for our one night stay, is really nice. There were not too many supplies in the kitchen, but, we didn't need them. The issue is the smell of the hotel. It was VERY musty in the lobby and the room was almost unbearable. A éviter, loin de tout et très bas de gamme. Je n'y retournerai jamais ! Pas de petit déjeuner dans l'hôtel et le 1er endroit pour en prendre un est à plus de 5 kms. La chambre n'a pas été faite. bref rien de bon dans cet hôtel.
