Uncomfortable I arrived late, person at front desk had no idea on what to do. Room was ok, but no linen for sofa bed left. So I slept on bed with my children. Flipping channels with my girls besides me, there was porn on tv!!!! Breakfast was granola bars and muffins, coffee or tea. I should have known, when I read the other reviews. Will never stay here again.

IF ITS YOUR LAST OPTION JUST PRAY Lets start with the broken entrance door. If I was handicapped I would have had a issue getting in the entrance of the building as the handicap assistant button was tapped up and unable to be used. The lobby was dark and dreary despite the paint job. Very lack luster i appearance the photos online are LIARS. Bugs in room lock on door non functional

Terrible Hotel Stayed at one before and it was ok. This one sucked and was dirty. Terrible staff.

Hotel staff always look tense. They will do you what you requested, but looks very unhappy.

Won’t be repeating that stay There were hairs on my pillow, in the sink, on the towels, bathtub... carpet has seen way better years. I didn’t want to be there but it was 1am when I checked in and not a lot of options.

Not again Employees were lazy and unfriendly. Didn’t even want to print me a receipt.

Terrible staff and customer service Bad attitude, condescending staff, dirty and tobacco smell in facilities, room ok but was never clean during my stay even the bed wasn’t made or trash and restroom cleaned. Never will stay at an Aextended stay America EVER!!
