Loud guest in party mood I have stayed there before but this time didn't enjoyed ourselves to noisy people loud slamming doors all night long!

Rooms have bugs! Bugs everywhere in the room. Asked for a different room, and still got bit by bugs. Had to ask change of room 2 times.

The Room was not clean and smiling bad. The beds are not comfortable. The breakfast is coffee and a cake! The hotel is very old. The hotel stuff were nice and tried to help.

Worst lodging experience ever This was my worst lodging experience ever. I knew it was slightly different than a normal hotel but never did I expect the following: being told there was no bathroom or common area to change in when we arrived early and couldn't check-in early. Not the best hotel I booked 3 rooms. 1 was ok. Mine had a leaking toilet with tape on it. The third room was not clean. The beds were not made the couch was pulled out and not made. There were dirty atop a on the floor that the baby tried to eat. I booked the deluxe rooms with 2 beds and a pullout couch. They switched the unclean room to a deluxe with one bed and pullout couch after we refused two non adjoining rooms because we had 4 small children. Extended Stay is off my list of hotels after this. Breakfast was a joke. Coffee and a choice of 2-3 breakfast bars. No fruit or juice even. You have to ask for clean towels, cookware and dishes. The phone didn't work in the room. No information in the room about hotel and they didn't even give a key card folder just a post a note with the wifi password.

should of been better the hotel room bed was uncomfortable ,especially the pull out sofa, kitchen was not clean, the carpet had an odor

Terrible experience Room smelled of smoke,air condition did not get cool enough. Refrigerator did not even work and stove was dirty. I would not return to this location

Poor The room had a very unpleasant odor, the bathroom light did not work, and I was not able to move into a new room until the next day. The coffee pot I requested had used coffee packs in it.
