Stay away, unless you're filming a horror movie This room looked like it should be rented by the hour. Gross, toilet paper stopping a leak in the ceiling. Gave us a room smaller than the one we paid for. Room was dirty, smelled bad. Uncomfortable bed, horrid pillow.

This Extended Stay is okay. I think that there could be more professionalism. Some of the staff is very nice but the management of the place could be better. The plaster needs touching, the fridge could be cleaner (ours smelled like fish), the heating and cooling systems are very loud and it is a challenge getting through the doors with the carts.

Substandard service, lame breakfast No clerk on duty at 5:10 p.m. Another couple waiting in front of us. It took 20 minutes from time of arrival to having someone take care of us - only to be told that our room was not cleaned yet and we had to relocated to another Extended Stay 10 minutes drive. Aggravating as we had just travelled 6 hours. The room was okay, but the breakfast was a few muffins and granola bars. Don't even offer breakfast if it's going to be that lame.
The bed did not have a mattress pad
Cheap and clean but wouldn't stay again. The condition of the hotel was passable but dated, the walls were very thin, I could hear various noises coming from next door during the night which kept me up pretty much all night. The "grab and go breakfast" was laughable just basically some granola bars and coffee. The staff however was pleasant and the location close to stores and restaurants. Bad chain of hotels. My room had bed bugs as well as cookware falling apart. Under the sink was filthy in both rooms after being transferred to another room due to bedbugs, dirty bathrooms and horrible smell in the elevator.
Dirty Hotel There was trash on the floor in the room when I arrived. Also, there was an empty bottle and an empty condom pack under the bed. I had to bring the issue to the front desk two days in a row before it was taken care of. I won't be staying in this hotel again.
