Extended Stay America is one of the worst hotels that I have ever stayed.I asked the staff at Extended Stay "who owns this hotel", and they claimed they did not know. I would discourage anyone from staying at this place.

Choose Somewhere Else When we checked in, they front desk was not prepared for the volume of people coming to the hotel in the evening. This was the Capital Jazz festival weekend which is an annual event in the area and people normally do a later check in after the concert. The room was not cleaned properly, the chest of drawers had old dirty clothes and trash in them, the maid did not clean them. The front desk clerk did respond promptly and cleaned it for us and apologized... Overall would not recommend!

Will not return! Had to relocate twice in just 2 days! Hallway smelled like cigarette smoke even though this is supposed to be a non smoking reservation. Dated facility

Not clean The hotel was not clean. We had hair all in our sheets, the mattress protector under the sheets was also dirty and covered with hair. Though the staff was pleasant, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

AC didn't work Air conditioning didn't work, but I was too tired and it was too late for me to do anything about it.

Hmmm We booked a two double bed room with a pullout sofa. There was an odd smell in the hallway. We unlocked the door and all the lights were on. My mother in law stopped me because she saw two alcohol bottles. The sofa bed was halfway pulled out, when I walked further into the room I came across what smelled to be like drugs. will not stay here again So many things wrong it wasn't even funny. I would have asked for a refund if I didn't already unpack and knew I could get another place at short notice. The table leg was broken as well as the recliner. Dried urine on the toilet seat, the toilet wouldn't flush at times, I had to plunge it out. There were stains on the two table chairs. Terrible Stay It was terrible. The hallways smell of smoke regardless of if you have smoking or non smoking room. The first room we had was still dirty, there was trash that hadn't been taken out, and an odd smell. The second room we had must of been next to a smoking room because the smell was coming through the vents not to mention someone was smoking marijuana in there room. When we left the hotel everything we owned smelled like we'd smoked a box of cigars and then rolled in mold. In addition everything was outdated. I w... read more
