Not clean The hotel was not clean. We had hair all in our sheets, the mattress protector under the sheets was also dirty and covered with hair. Though the staff was pleasant, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

AC didn't work Air conditioning didn't work, but I was too tired and it was too late for me to do anything about it.

Hmmm We booked a two double bed room with a pullout sofa. There was an odd smell in the hallway. We unlocked the door and all the lights were on. My mother in law stopped me because she saw two alcohol bottles. The sofa bed was halfway pulled out, when I walked further into the room I came across what smelled to be like drugs. We walked down to the front desk and the guy explained that the lights are usually kept on in some rooms. He then proceeded to explain there were no more rooms, but continued to check. will not stay here again So many things wrong it wasn't even funny. I would have asked for a refund if I didn't already unpack and knew I could get another place at short notice. The table leg was broken as well as the recliner. Dried urine on the toilet seat, the toilet wouldn't flush at times, I had to plunge it out. There were stains on the two table chairs. Terrible Stay It was terrible. The hallways smell of smoke regardless of if you have smoking or non smoking room. The first room we had was still dirty, there was trash that hadn't been taken out, and an odd smell. The second room we had must of been next to a smoking room because the smell was coming through the vents not to mention someone was smoking marijuana in there room. When we left the hotel everything we owned smelled like we'd smoked a box of cigars and then rolled in mold. In addition everything was outdated. I w... read more

Not worth it, at all. Business travel. Room and hallway reaked of smoke. Bed was a lumpy-rock. Shower had no water pressure. No dishes/utensils/etc for your room unless you request specifically from the front desk. They say they're for the business traveler, but look to be populated by long term residents, only. AND, they double-charged my credit card.

In a office complex The room had a definite smell to it. The breakfast was limited and completely GONE by 10 AM. Would be nice if the coffee was offered throughout the day. Even the staff complained about it.

Never Again Reserved a suite with 2 double beds and received a room with only one bed. Front desk blamed it on Expedia and said sometimes it happens when they overbook. The hotel kindly gave us an additional room at no extra charge. Unfortunately, the room was on a different floor. Since the room was for myself and my teenage daughter, both options were unacceptable. To top it off, both rooms smelled. I think we were given the 2 rooms that no one else wanted. Never again.
