Horrible Horrible...room dirty had to request another room and then bought cleaner to clean 2nd room better

Our bathroom smelled like mildew, we didn't even bother using the bathtub, because it didn't look clean and it was a quick overnight trip. The Wifi kept dropping so we ended up not using that either. The fold out sofa bed didn't have any sheets. There was no extra laundry or blanket for the fold out bed. The grab and go breakfast includes coffes, muffins and outmeal. But there were no bowls, so we used cups. We had to use the coffee maker to get hot water for the oatmeal.

Old, dark, and DIRTY It was horrible! When we went into the bathroom, we noticed mildew around the sink and bathtub fixtures and hairs and stains on the toilet and in the bathtub. Someone had changed the bed and provided new linen but forgot to actually cleaned the bathroom. I didn't call the front desk because I assumed all the rooms would be booked being it was a holiday weekend. The room was not ready when we checked in The room was hot it smell ,then after we put the AC on there was water soaking up the carpet so we had to avoid the side of the AC,told the front desk they said maintenance was gone they will take a look tomorrow, sleeping in a smelly room not good. Would not stay here again.

Scary Hotel Horrible! after checkin. I proceed to my room. And notice that there was a " special natural ordor" coming from the room next door with Very Loud music. So, I quickly went back to the desk to explain to the front desk, about it. Was not helpful at all. Clearly, he was aware of the party in the room. Anyway, I asked for a refund and left.
