The property was wonderful and accommodating. Expedia did not send over the proper reservation and a double bed room was not available. I booked a double bed with a sofa bed as I had two adults and three kids with me.
Better way to Manage Deposits My $100.00 deposit for Amenities was processed. I now have a $100.0” charge on my Master Card. I called to speak to a Manager at this Hotel , but was instructed to call back on Monday to have this matter resolved. The ironic truth is that, I didn’t use this service, yet I was charged

Could have been better My stay was short and not so sweet. When I arrived we had to wait over an hour after check in to get into the room. Most beds at the hotel were not being freshened up because the lady claim she’s the only 1 working. Next day I check out but needed to extended and we were put into the same room, but they didn’t clean it or give new linen. Lazy.

Room was very spacious and met all our needs. The exterior hallway and elevator were a bit grimy but the room overall was good. Had a hard time getting clean towels but next time I’ll just pack my own. Would stay again but would come more prepared. Ashley at check in was the star!

If you need a place to lay your head & take a shower it’s fine, but extra linens for couch bed weren’t available, hair dryer didn’t work, pool pump wasn’t working, whole first floor was full of weed smokers, treadmill didn’t work, tiny elevator, &&&& nobody could find a room from our team but I could see several vacant rooms available even after asking if there were any extra rooms. Oh & the side door where we parked wouldn’t open even with our key card. But overall if you need to sleep and wash it’s fine
