Bad customer service, room smells, manager attacked customer for employee mistake, manager will not listen, she get very angry, and threatening customer. We will never stay at this again. Be careful everyone don’t stay at this place.

Not a clean hotel and had to change rooms which was not much better.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! We booked our room at dinner on our way into town through Hotels.com. When we arrived 3.5 hours later they stated they didn’t have our room or one equivalent and we would need to cancel our stay or accept a smaller room. After driving 10 hours with five kids we were just ready to get to a room and relax. We asked about a discount and they stated that if we cancelled through hotels.com and booked a smaller room it would cost more through them than our room cost through hotels.com. The manager cancelled or room 2 hours before we arrived and did not contact is. He informed the poor guy at the desk but didn't tell him he hadn't called us.
