Review of Value Place Hotel in Miamisburg Ohio I found my stay at the Value Place Extended Stay very comfortable and pleasant. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Nice clean place with a nice staff. Nice to have a kitchen handy every morning. I like my coffee as soon as I get up.

Bare minimum of amenities and accomodations but ok I was quoted 1 rate for 1 double room then arrived to find that my room would be $10 more. The 1 double room on Expedia was a studio with 1 bed. When I spoke with a worker there, she used double room only for the room with 2 beds. I suppose I was confused; I thought the room booked on expedia was the double with 2 beds. Good deal, clean room, and great location When we first arrived, we came after hours. The lady who checked us in was extremely rude. She made us feel unwelcomed. She acted very unprofessional and gave us a really harsh attitude. Other than that the room was very clean and new.There were very limited towels and even toilet paper. The place was nice for the price overall.
