Staff don’t know how to check in people. They over charge me one day extra. I did not pay in advance and they won’t give you credit if you want to change hotel because you are not happy. Sucks

I would not recommend anyone stay here. The only good thing about this hotel was the kind lady that checked me in. Got into my room with only two towels and two pillows that were the flattest pillows I’ve ever seen in my whole life. Then the next morning check out was at 11 and the front desk lady came around beating at the door at 10:30 saying front desk. Which was completely unnecessary. By fair the worst place I’ve stayed at.

Upon checking in around 3:00 on Saturday, I was informed that the front desk would close at 8PM and wouldn't re-open until 8AM on Sunday (not sure how they handle late check-ins). Upon attempting to check out at 10:45 on Sunday morning, the front desk was still closed. Several other guests were already trying to check out and were rather irate that the front desk was still closed at that hour. Staff unfriendly. First room smelled like BO and cigarettes after making me sign a waiver about smoking. (I don’t smoke). Lots of Highway noise and common areas are poorly lit. I would not stay there again.
