Don’t stay here
Unpleasant & smells We checked in at the double secure door. The hotel had a strong smell of bleach to cover up all the pet urine. We went to the room & immediately shut the door & went back to the front desk & tlod them this room & facility is unacceptable. They would not give us back the 2 nights stay as they said they have a refund policy.

Got to hotel had to find staff to check in than got to room i had no towels or shower curtin than check out i was forced to leave my keys in my room since the front desk was closed i will never stay at a wood suites again bad experience beds uncomfortable and ac unit was broke front desk said open the window in the room that pissed me off

Our problems with this property started immediately on arrival. I had a group of 8 rooms and we arrived about 4pm. I was told that due to staffing shortages and a bunch of other issues (lots of checkouts and checkins), our rooms wouldn't be ready until 5:30pm. Was told the hotel manager would talk to me about the issue (in fact, I was told the hotel's GM would be in contact with me several times, and have never heard from them). The whole place smelled like sewage. The smell was truly gag worthy.

Crappy Was the worst hotel I’ve ever been in ! Not clean and you had to pay to trade in dirty towels for new ones

Roaches I was givin a room with a single tiny bed, no shampoo or soap. And was awaken at 3am to roaches crawling in the bed. When I went to turn the bathroom light on I saw several roaches running across the floor and sink. Disgusting! Never again
