Won't Stay Here Again When I arrived there was no one at the "front desk" and there was a wait before anyone showed up. It was late and I was tired so that wasn't very pleasant. The room was spartan with no amenities, more like a dorm room than a hotel. When I checked in there was a dirty plastic cup on the kitchen sink. The handle on the freezer was broken. Booked a two bed room and when i arrived they didnt have any even though I booked the room and paid for it in advance. I had to fit three people in a two person bed

Convenient to shopping, entertainment & highways. Poor service awaiting someone to check me in, even when using the lobby phone. Waited 20 minutes. Associate offered no apology, yet stated she was on the 4th floor. ???? There was a device plugged in and running on the desk. I thought it was an air purifier. The stay was fine, but check-in was a bit crazy. There was a homeless guy in the lobby, which was fine, but he was the only one there. I arrived very late, so the desk was sectioned off. I went back to my car to call the general hotline and the hostess, who was very courteous, came back and sorted everything out, but it was bizarre. The room itself was clean and well-kept and this situation was definitely a-typical, but I was slightly concerned for the first 15 minutes or so.
