The bed was very uncomfortable, loitering, no iron.

Bugs The stay was okay. However, we encountered roaches in the room. Whoever cleaned the room did not leave a new roll of toilet paper; we had to ask for toilet paper, and was only given 1 roll to get through the evening and the night of our stay.

Grimy, Spare, & Isolated It’s like checking into a jail. No internet without paying a fee & getting a device. Grimy, spare (only a few overhead lights in room. No lamps at all. All the residence families cooking smelled up the building. Dogs & used condoms & halls covered in stock-on tiles. Completely depressing Scary isolated hard to find location.

This “hotel/dorm room” was horrible. When I arrived the front desk was closed and I had to call a number to get someone to help me. 20 minutes later, someone came down to check me in. I was asked to sign a document about not smoking in the room or it was a hefty fine. When I got to my room, the door was able to be opened by just pushing it. The door would not latch to secure it closed. The room smelled like a smokers break room. I ended up sleeping on top of the bed due to dirty sheets. Horrible place. Not clean. Dust bunnies and garbage everywhere. Front desk staff not on duty from 6 to 6 you have to call and wait for someone to come. During the day staff without mask playing on the phone not paying attention to customers

Was not informed about that you had to pay for linen services and that had to take out your own trash had a problem getting extra wash clothes and towels.
