Oversold our reservation Created booking on 9/15 and arrived 9/21 to no room. Employee was very nice and tried to be helpful but the hotel had oversold their rooms and had nothing available for us.

After booking well in advance upon arrival I was told they had no availability and could not offer any alternative or provide even a phone number. These people dont work in hospitality, @ 8:00pm I was left to fend for myself in a town that seems to be shut down by 9. Never, never, never, never again.
