The room was not available until 2 hours after our check-in period. We were told we to leave and come back later. The staff seemed annoyed to help us. This was a serious inconvenience.

I anticipated staying several nights while a friend was in the hospital at U.C. Anschutz. However the bed was much like laying on a box spring and the pillows (2) were like a small bag of rags. The room and bathroom were clean. Temperature in the room was easy to control. I did not use the apartment size fridge or two element cooktop provided. For $21 a night more I booked at the Holiday Inn Express and enjoyed a luxurious room and a great breakfast every night!

Disappointment doesn't even begin to cover it. Arrived on site at around 2am Friday 7/28 with my reservation in hand which had been booked and paid for 1 week prior to our arrival. After a long drive we looked forward to checking in and getting some rest however we had to wait about 15 mins for a front desk attendant, a gentleman who was very unprofessionally dressed and whose appearance was quite disheveled. Worst hotel ever!!! Do not go off the pictures you see online for this place. It is absolutely horrible. The whole place reeks of cigarette smoke, even though it clearly says no smoking or you’ll be fined $250 for smoking. The tv remote was so sticky you couldn’t even touch it. Not ever staying here again I was not impressed. Parking wasn’t bad, but there was no clear entry to the building. The front desk clerk was not very friendly. I felt like if I didn’t watch my back, something bad could happen to me. It was one of the worst nights in a hotel I have had in a while. I didn’t feel safe enough to sleep much.
