This is not a family facility. I felt very u safe there. There is not a front desk that is even staffed at night. Just a window that is closed. It is a property that can rent weekly. Very disappointed and changed hotels at 11:30 pm the first night of check in.

Oh no! I am shocked and horrified to hear about the condition of your room. This is not at all what we are known for and I apologize for this great unpleasantness. We hope you reported this right away and were moved to a room in proper order and sparkling clean and fresh.
Overall wouldn't recommend..but cheap. Bed was soooo bad and noisy. Pillowcases were dirty. Free WiFi didn't work at all so had to use all my data. Very thin walls..had to use ear plugs to sleep. The water pressure was very low. On the upside, was close to a lot of things and the cable was good ejection and picture ...although it was out one night.

The place smelled like cigarette smoke and looked like a sanitarium. It was like pulling teeth to get the staff to help with things one would normally take for granted at other hotels (e.g. getting extra blankets, late check-in).

I didn't like that people were smoking in their rooms and hanging around other patrons door.We felt uncomfortable and unsafe.

Bad customer service, front desk workers very rude. Room could of use some more cleaning!!!

We didn't get past the front desk. The lady tried to put us into a smoking room even after we showed her our booking was for nonsmoking. The expedia employee was very helpful however and was able to get us a refund. We have never asked for one before, but this time it was needed.
