Wet rag smell The hotel itself was in OK shape, even though our air conditioner didn't work right. On the edge of run down. The staff however had the attitude of "Meh, I really don't care", and it showed. Our room smelled like it was wiped down with a rancid wet rag left in a bucket too long, very poorly cleaned. Luckily we only had to stay one night, so we kept our socks on, tried not to touch anything, and moved on to better hotels. Felt kind of sorry for all the out of town working guys who had to stay.
Not very clean Rooms not properly prepped for guests. We were 3rd group to complain that day. Front desk was helpful but too busy and understaffed to resolve problems efficiently
Don't stay here! Dirty carpets, so dirty that your white socks now have black bottoms. Spiders and all kinds of bugs crawling and flying. NO kitchen items to cook or even have a beverage with.
Dirty with Spiders This place is filthy dirty...after walking on the carpet my feet were black. Infested with very large Spiders. They say they provide a complete kitchen, however there are NO forks, knives,spoons, pans, plates, cups...NOTHING to eat and cook a meal with! Don't stay here you are better off sleeping in a park!

Under no circumstances do you want to stay here... Do not even think of staying at this place. Air and telephone did not work nor repaired when told about it. If you need anything to use in kitchen you have to ask for them. Asked for an extra pillow was told they do not have any. Forget toiletries you get one hotel sized soap. Worst place we have ever stayed. Had booked on hotels.com and could not change without forfeiting payment. Very comfortable court yard less than a mile away at the same rates.
Desperately Disappointed in Denver! I was very disappointed, the room advertised full service kitchen, but there wasn't so much as a coffee pot available. I also asked for an iron and that was not available either. There wasn't any hangers to hang my wrinkled clothes. The final let down was when my grandson couldn't turn the shower because it was so tightly shut off that when I tried to turn it on for him, I sprained my finger. I would never stay in a Extended Stay America.

The room was not clean. There were bugs crawling around. The hotel needs to be exterminated. The information about the hotel said that there would be kitchen utensils, plates, and etc. There was nothing provided. At check in they did not have a room that I had reserved. We had to have two rooms to accommodate us. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Disappointment in Denver Very low level service, room was not clean, had to ask for towels, kleenex box was empty, no shampoo, one bar of soap, would not suggest this location as a place to stay.
