Never again This hotel is very old and run down. The elevator had us wondering if we were ever going to get to the third floor or back down to ground level. Several things in the room were broken including the microwave, lamps and shower head. It's kitchenette style but you have to ask for pans, dishes and utensils and carry them all to your room. We also had to ask for a blow dryer and coffee maker. Only one partial roll of toilet paper and had to ask for another roll when we ran out. We asked for 2 rolls but they said poli... read more

DON'T DO IT!! dirty room, used towels, DISGUSTING! Please please do not stay here. We arrived around midnight, there where cops arresting people in the parking lot, the night shift person appeared to be on drugs. Told us there was a problem with the reservation, never said the problem was our room was USED. Went to our room, the beds had been slept in, dirty towels, bugs, dirty sink, absolutely the most disgusting place ever! In all my years I have NEVER seen a more disgusting room!! horrible experience never again I asked for toilet paper your reply was you have to pay extra for room service to get a roll of toilet paper. On one of the nights there was at least 10 guys hanging out in front of the lobby smoking and drinking. I had to walk thru that with my 4 yr old granddaughter. Your reply was welcome to Colorado and that we all drink and smoke. I was afraid to stay my family came and picked me up for the night. Your staff didn't care.

Never had worse customer service ANYWHERE I am under 21 so I called twice to double check that the minimum age requirement to check was 18. Every time I was assured that it was. When I tried to check in, I was told that I couldn't check in because I was under 21 & if I wanted to check in at my age I had to give $100 extra. The lady told her manager we couldn't afford it. Affordability was never the issue, there was just no point in paying way more than we had to. So we left. I called their main line to check the age again & ... read more

It felt unclean. There were stains on the towels and sheets, a hair in the bathtub, and cheetos in between the chair cushion. Besides it having a hair in it, the tub was far from sparkling white.

Stinker Was given a smoking room. Wasn't asked if i wanted one or not. It stunk horribly but because i checked in late, was tired, and wanted to leave early i chose not to go back and complain. Room condition was adequate otherwise. Woke up extra early to my neighbors TV. The base internet wasn't even working......

Heater broken without repair or new room Paid quite a but of money for a mediocre room as it was. Then came home at night to find that the heater was broken and that there was nothing they could do to fix it that day. I asked to be moved to a different room and was told that the hotel was sold out. When I asked for some sort of compensation for not getting any sleep due to a freezing room i was told to call Hotels.com but that they probably wouldn't do anything to help me because the room was already paid in full.
