Gary was too far south the neighbors were viewed pounding on the wall the management accuse us of being druggies and was way too far south it was expensive and we were uncomfortable the tub didn't drain it sucked

Emergency Rooms or not child-proof. The chairs for the dining room table and stains all over him as well as the carpet. The mattress sheets have blood all over them as in they had bed bugs, I've been moved rooms three times. But I don't have a choice so I have to stay here for another 2 weeks

No customer service Room was freezing and heater barely worked. Neighbor held a loud phone conversation for over an hour on the balcony right outside my door...at 3 am! Asked the front desk to handle it and they ignored the request twice. Room was okay, but not great.

Wosrt place to stay. Horrible from the start. I went to check in the lady didn't know how to work the computer. She had to wait for a manger I assume. I had to go back online resubmit my reservations. I requested a smoking room king bed and the room in the back of the building. Didn't get that. The water pressure was low the toilet didn't flash right the nightstand was broken. Called the lobby told them my concerns they told me to contact Hotels.com so I did. Horrible This was probably the worst hotel stay I've ever had!!!! I checked in and within 3mins there was no one to be found in the office or on the grounds. The room was a mess, no towels and about a half gallon of water on the bathroom floor. The next morning the manager came to the door to remins us we had ro be out by 11am. When I brought these things to his attention, he told me to come speak to him at his office. Again he was no where to be found. Ive calles 10 times and left a measage everytime.

WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN We Walked into a smoking room when I ordered non smoking. The air wouldn't work so we went to call the front desk and the phone wouldn't work. At midnight They switched our rooms but we had to sleep in twin beds when we started with a king bed. The night manager said they would give us a discount and the next morning when I asked about it and told them about our stay they said that there was nothing they could do because we booked the room through a third party, Expedia. Horrible Stay, Toilet Ran Water Entire Stay We checked in and left to meet friends. When we came back to room, we noticed water was running continuously in toilet and making a lot of noise. I called the office and they stated someone would be there at 7:30am since they had left for night. Next day, they finally showed up at 9AM.
