Horrible Room was not clean and for 3 people they gave us 2 towels and when we asked for another one Anna at the front desk acted very rude !! Will never stay at this location again

Door wouldn’t lock
Did not allow me to check in. My flight was delayed 1 hr. They marked me as a No show, charged me a large no-show fee, and was unable to reverse the charge, because computer was in "night audit mode". I asked them if they could provide me the room for the night, since it was available, and they said they could not make any new reservations, as system was in Night audit mode.
