There were many VERY dirty surfaces in my hotel room and they looked like they had never been touched since the previous guest check out. Two of the lights did not work at all. It was very very noisy as I could hear every cough and sniffle from the person above me.

Hailey was great. Seemed embarrassed of room uncleanliness. 1st room has infestation in bathroom. Some sort of black fly looking thing all over the floor. I get on the room phone and am talking and look down and chewing gum is stuck to the mouthpiece. Nice with covid numbers going up. A maggot in the drawer. Told Anna (I believe) who informed me she couldn't do anything and I was stuck there all night.
