Unprofessional servise representative. The stay was good. I didnt like the young lady that checked me in. She was very unprofessional. Didnt say hello or welcome and never once smiled. She just said can i help you. After taking almost 2 minutes to come from the back. Didnt explain to me that if i needed dishes, that i had to get them from the desk. She was very uninformative of anything. Also my reservation was for 2 adults and 2 children. She made me 1 card key, and wrote the room number on the paper and just handed it to m... read more
