No hot water. Had to stay at another location. Wish I would have been contacted prior to arrival. Then it wouldn't have been as much of an inconvenience. In addition to this, they didn't have the suite that I reserved and paid for. No discount or price adjustments were made.

Best local option to stay for several days Staff was great. Bed comfortable, plenty hot water, TV adequate, gmail did not like WIFI but otherwise worked. Breakfast was skimpy with no variety. Priced better than most in the area, convenient walk to seminars at Marriot. Best local restaurants: Boca attached to Mall and Texas Roadhouse - even Burger King made sundaes with plenty of fudge on request. Some minor noise from elevator and other rooms.

Unexpected stay The room was adequate size. I was happy with the amenities provided. Some things seemed really old and almost looked dirty. The curtains in the window hung over the heater so much that they billowed out and the heat went into the window verses the room.

The employees were great and very helpful to new comers to the area. The room was comfortable and the hotel was very quiet. It was a very nice “home” replacement for a few days. Would recommend to anyone just passing through or spending some time in Ann Arbor. Thank you!

Definitely will stay here again! When we arrived to check in we were informed our room had been upgraded for free which was such a nice surprise! The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.
