Passable Nothing extraordinary, but it was a clean large room. It was graduation weekend, so all the hotels were full. The staff was not knowledgable about UMich graduation day shuttles, and we would not have known about them if we did not have family at the hotel next door. They received a graduation "package" telling them about shuttles, parking garages, etc. "Breakfast included" was granola bars, packaged muffins and coffee.

Great Staff, Good Room Check was made easy by LaToya, who was kind and informative. The bed was comfy but smaller than expected. They were nice to offer late check out.

Great location Quick trip for a football game, and hotel met our needs. Staff was accommodating with our room location change. Avi was very helpful.
