- Entire hotel floor was sticky and damp. - Room was not sound proofed. Could hear other neighbors flushing toilets and closing cupboards and walking loudly above. - Room had a smell that required me using the fan the whole time. - Bathroom door didn’t close easily. - Water spout in shower was broken so water came out of the spigot and shower head at the same time. - Police presence was at the facility during checkout which further confirmed that I won’t be staying again. - The one big positive is the GM of the property. No coffee! No coffee machines in rooms, no coffee in lobby.

Yes, this site has been changed to a select site where coffee is no longer being served. We are housing long tern guest 60+ days.

The cleaning staff was very rude. The staff member tried to force her way in to clean our room way before check out time. Then reported to front desk that we refused to leave room. Just terrible service. You get what you pay for. Next time I won’t stay here

It was not a good experience staying at this hotel. When we checked in there was not even a hand soap in our room. They don’t provide any soaps or shampoos either. We had to go and get some basic stuff for our stay immediately after we checked in. There was no TV remote, no bath tub mat, only one towel in the room. When we asked for it, the only person managing the hotel, said she had kept all these items in the room personally. It was a part for her inspection process!! When I arrived I was told they were over sold. The staff was horrible and rude. They blamed everything on Expedia being a 3rd party and how they keep doing this.

We booked a room, but when we arrived, it was not available. You should sell rooms only according to your actual inventory. In the future I will be sure to book hotels only by calling the specific location, not using Expedia or booking through a chain website.
