You get what you pay for! The beds were uncomfortable, constant smell of marijuana, and yelling in the hallways.

the Worst experience I’ve had in my entire life at any hotel to this day !!! The manager was sooo unpleasant. I honestly felt bad for the other lady having to work with her.

It's unfortunate that you feel that way, we don't allow dogs to poop in the flowerbeds in front of the hotel. They have a designate area just for them. A guest complained about you because you were screaming to the person you were speaking with on the phone while you were walking your dog in the flowerbed under his window, so we asked you to please lower your voice. I initially booked the property for my stay at the University of Michigan. I later found out that I have to change the day I am staying. I called the hotel and they confirmed the dates have been changed. Just before my stay, I checked the itinerary and was showing the incorrect date. I stayed for a week and was bothered the whole time! Front desk gave me a hard time checking in, getting toilet paper, an extra towel for the floor. It’s best to bring your kitchen utensils and pans with you otherwise you will have to pay. You have to walk outside the building to throw away trash. It smells like urine on the first floor and you are not allowed to lit candles even through your room smells like dirty carpet. 2/10 not recommended

guest was upset because she applied for a position and I told her I could not hire her if she was planning on work there. Our site is a Select Suite the stay is for 60 days or more. All that was explained to her upon check in.
- Entire hotel floor was sticky and damp. - Room was not sound proofed.
