There was literally a hole in the wall. Frayed carpet. The staff was nice, but this place needs a facilities overhaul.

You get what you pay for! The beds were uncomfortable, constant smell of marijuana, and yelling in the hallways.

the Worst experience I’ve had in my entire life at any hotel to this day !!! The manager was sooo unpleasant. I honestly felt bad for the other lady having to work with her.

It's unfortunate that you feel that way, we don't allow dogs to poop in the flowerbeds in front of the hotel. They have a designate area just for them. A guest complained about you because you were screaming to the person you were speaking with on the phone while you were walking your dog in the flowerbed under his window, so we asked you to please lower your voice. I initially booked the property for my stay at the University of Michigan. I later found out that I have to change the day I am staying. I called the hotel and they confirmed the dates have been changed. Just before my stay, I checked the itinerary and was showing the incorrect date. I called the hotel and they forwarded me to their call center. The supervisor told me there was no way they would have changed it. They would not refund it or update the reservation.
