When I arrived I was told they were over sold. The staff was horrible and rude. They blamed everything on Expedia being a 3rd party and how they keep doing this.

We booked a room, but when we arrived, it was not available. You should sell rooms only according to your actual inventory. In the future I will be sure to book hotels only by calling the specific location, not using Expedia or booking through a chain website.

Upstairs neighbors were moving the hotel furniture until midnight. Then spent the next next hour stomping around. Only to wake up at 330 am and start stomping their feet through the room

We only stayed for one night and for that I am grateful because this place was DIRTY. The lady at check in raved at how we were getting a room that was just thoroughly cleaned and the room was nasty. Plus I was charged extra at check in because they had no standard rooms available and we had to take a deluxe, no problem. However, the “deluxe” room had a double bed instead of a queen. The window was missing one of the two curtains so we had to tuck a sheet into the window as you could see right into our room. The towels were ... read more

Spacious room with kitchen but dirty, dirty dirty. My kids socks were so dirty after walking around the room. An entire plate of crab bake was rotting outside our window. Window didnt lock- my husband had to put metal rod in the slide. Kitchen completely emptied out - no plates, glasses etc.

I was upset to learn that check-in closed by 11pm and I did not know this until I got to the hotel (where my flight in was delayed and barely made it in time). I found the hotel to be in need of a face lift. Any time a door closed on the floor, I felt my room shake. On the positive, the rooms were spacious with a kitchen area built in.
