We had a great weekend in Ann Arbor but this hotel was not a part of it. The hotel is old and in dire need of renovation. Our room smelled of mildew and was just old and dirty feeling. The sheets had stains on them; even my young children commented that it felt dirty “even in the shower”. I’d choose any place in town before coming back...maybe even my car!

Disgusting. Awful service. Awful rooms. Upon arrive we found our toilet covered in urine and spoiled food in the refrigerator. Went to the front counter to explain the issue and get a refund and I was told no refunds under any circumstances. Just a disgusting place all around.
Disappointed Difficult to park. Amenities were VERY scarce. No coffee.

Positives - nice staff, comfortable bed Negatives - packaged cereal bars and sugar muffins for breakfast. While I wouldn’t have eaten them anyway, there was an insufficient amount for the number of guests staying in hotel. No fruit or yogurt. Hotel is dingy and could use an update.

They have an elliptical and a treadmill in the “exercise” room and the elliptical is out of order. They should not advertise an exercise broom if they don’t have one.
