I arrived at about 10:30 pm and, even though I had reserved a room, was told there was no room available in the hotel. I was told I had to drive to a nearby property, which I did. It was NOT a good experience.

They don’t give you room service unless you request it.And I think that’s unsanitary.They also close their front desk so at night you have no way of getting anything taken care of.

Front Desk workers are rude, especially Tasha. Rooms could have been cleaner. Dog crap sat in hallaway for hours.
