그지 같은 최악의 호텔 학교 들어가기 전 숙소로 10일간 딸이 묵었는데 10일 예약하고 전액 결제했음에도 불구하고 9일만 예약됐다고 우기며 하루 결제를 요구해 아이가 어쩔 수 없이 또 호텔비를 냈어요. 호텔스닷컴 측과 확인해보니 10일치 예약 결제한 것 맞는데도 말예요. 아침식사는 테이크아웃으로 제공한다고 돼있었지만 물 한병도 받지 못했구요. 정말정말 비추합니다

Terribly disappointed This was the worst stay for us. we were on a family vacation and had booked a kitchenette because I had a sick child with me. the room I booked had no utensils, the bed was squeaky and compressed in many places. There wasn't even a coffee pot or a cup to drink water. When I asked at the reception, they said we don't provide for shorter stay and you can come down and get the utensils you need. It was a bad experience. We were given a room with railroad right out of the room window and we were told that the train comes only once during the day time. We were as it is going to be there for the conference during the day time so we did not really care much however, the train would come every night 1-2 times disturbing our deep night sleep. Toilet flush was broken, refrigerator was not working and they did not even provide us with very basic things. We had to get everything from the front desk from coffee mugs to forks ... read more

When we arrived we were sent to our room and it was not cleaned yet from the previous guest so we had to go back and wait for an hour in the lobby. We had to remove lid and pull the chain to get toilet to flush properly. 1 night we had to use the stairs since the elevator wasn’t working. The staff was very nice to us even with all our issues.
