No breakfast - even coffee, although this was included in the Expedia listing. Staff were excellent

Dirty carpet and no 24 hrs service desk

Smelled old it was out dated. It was like staying in a trap house I left in less than a hour. The staff was nice it wasn’t her fault. But no one called me back to handle my issue to cancel my room.

All run down and dumpy. After you check in they give you a list of all the services no longer available. Worst hotel ever!!

From the time of walking into the lobby the hotel smelled awful. I can't describe it but made the hotel feel unclean. Would not stay there again

The shower nozzle was missing and I couldn't take a shower.

Avoid at all costs!! Lobby smelled terrible. Only had an hour to shower and get to a funeral visitation so didn't have time to complain. Room smelled worse than the lobby. Got back to our room at 9:30 pm with two little kids so decided to complain in the morning. In the morning the front desk was closed with a roll-down metal cover. Bathroom had soap and conditioner but no shampoo. Booked two nights but left after only one.

The area is close to a lot of dining options so the location was convenient for what I needed it for. But this is not somewhere I would go back to. Staff and maintenance crew were very helpful but the rooms were not cleanly. Had to have maintenance unclog the shower drain prior to using it and remove the live ants from it.
