The shower tub didn’t drain and the sink drain didn’t work either. The bathroom wasn’t very clean nor was the floor in the room.

my toilet my in suite was very nasty. it was not clean enough to sit on. they didn’t offer me another room so i checked out 40 minutes later. i would to talk to someone about this since

The room we booked wasn't available. They were overbooked and finally found us a room. When we went to the room, it had cups from McDonalds on the counter and clearly had not been cleaned. We asked for a refund and left without staying the night. Staff member was very accommodating but it didn't work out because they didn't have a room for us in spite of being able to book it on Expedia.
