Horrible stay Hotel is very dirty . Not good for wheel chair bound person. No coffee pot , no cups, no pans. Next morning breakfast provided with no hot water and coffee. I have to wake up front desk people. Around 730 she came those pots. I don’t have enough words to complain. I will never recommend this hotel to anybody. I will never book this hotel. I booked a room here with 2 queen beds for after the Taylor Swift concert. We showed up and were told there were no rooms. Front desk said MAYBE she could find a room with 1 bed and my daughter could sleep on a chair. Not even a couch or a recliner, a chair where she wouldn't be able to fully stretch. That was a big maybe, more thank likely there were no rooms. So we had to scramble at 1am to find accommodations an hour away as everything nearby was booked. No matter the price it is not worth the stay. There was no cleanliness. Think of the instant whiff of urine when opening the door. It wasn't even a pet roomI had to be moved to another property. Everything was terrible including the area with the exception of 1 front desk person Pam. She did her best in the most impossible of circumstances. my check in was at 3 pm .But rooms were not ready till 6:30 pm.and we were on the road or in our car during this time with my disable son. My room# 242 amd the Ac wasnot working ,so I open the window but all night was very uncomfortable.

Had a reservation and AJ the attendant said it was 1st come 1st serve. Reservation was made for 80 year old elderly family during a snowstorm during a power outage. They also called before driving to confirm. Property was dirty. Also, had to dispute with the credit card company to reverse the change. These people are fraudsters with a filthy hotel. Do not book.
