No more Extended Stay for me. Never will I stay at this type of hotel. The bathroom was from the 1970s with a very noisy vent when you turned the light on. carpet was not great. was very worn down. did you know when you stay at an exteded stay hotel you get no service (changing sheets and towels) if you stay less than 4 days.

Not a good experience We were given a double bed when we booked 2 separate beds. No service to speak of, nobody at the reception in the morning till 7:00 am, system down, nobody to wake us up, only one soap and shampoo in the bathroom, coffee was a brownish tasteless water, breakfast was a basket with a few bars in it. Not worth the moey we paid.

worst stay ever it was the worst stay ever. i went to a late meeting came in it was an ant on the pillow i pulled the sheets back and it was hair everywhere long and short tben to top it off blood stains. when I called downstairs to the main desk I was told I had to change my own sheets because there was no one on the premises to do it for me. the hotel was sold out so I couldn't change rooms the next day the cleaning lady was sick and was unable to clean the room it was just a mess.

Just simple basic hotel We had to find a hotel for a couple of day due to power shortage. My husband booked this one based on their price in our area. The room set up is simple and clean but there was rust in the back corner of the refrigerator and room phone was keeping beep. If we want any cooking utensils, we need to ask at the front desk. The bedding was paper thin, the bed seemed short sheeted, and not very comfortable. The hotel was very noisy with people lingering around in hallways talking very loudly as well as outdoors near entry for quite a long time. Overall experience could have been better and wouldn't stay at that location again.

Frazzled night Not so good..the front receptionist Wanda was rude. I was also placed in a non smoking room that wreaked of cigarettes. Least not mention Guests above my room jumped on the floor all night and morning.

Terrible Hotel.com told me there would be a sofa bed in my room and it was not! My 11 year old daughter took the only bed in the room and I slept in a chair all night! The front desk clerk was rude. There was no room service. The light on our phone blinking all night with messages from the previous guest, room was dirty etc.
