Unhappy customer Found room untidy; trash from previous occupant left in dresser drawer. No glasses or cups, no ice bucket, no blow dryer, Wi-fi not working, free breakfast no more than coffee and granola bar. Definitely won't stay with this chain again.

Not what I'd hoped for.. Initial impressions were good. Looked clean and more importantly SMELLED clean. The room looked like it would meet our immediate needs just fine, but then things started to fall apart. Despite the extreme cold weather at the time, the room was MORE THAN warm enough. In fact I turned the HVAC unit off so I wouldn't have to listen to it kick on and off all night. Imagine my surprise that it still kicked on, ran briefly, and shut off...ALL NIGHT LONG! I would not stay again. Paid extra for a King size room which i never received. Room wasnt cleaned properly. House keeping is only once a week which is not enough. Had to ask several times to have new clean sheets and towels. The room did not have any soaps or shampoos in it. We had to ask at the reception for them. While the staff are very polite and friendly they were not very helpful.

Was unable to sleep!! Staff was exceptional at check in. At 7pm in the evening lost half of the channels on Dish network. ...scraps of paper left on a chair in the room from previous tenant. Blower for heat so loud I turned the heat off so I could sleep. Even in the OFF position the blower came on every 7 minutes all night long and ran for 10-12 seconds. Didn't sleep much at all! Stayed at this hotel due to close proximity to my office and inclement weather outside...should have saved $$$ and driven home!

Must read before you book- Nicole Very poorly managed hotel. Towel hanging out dirty in bathroom. Bed sheet were filthy. On inquiry found out that we clean ourself or hire help to clean. Finally had to move out of the property in the middle of the night. Paid for three nights and stayed one night. Would never recommend to anybody.

Not what I expected Apartment style hotel with most appliances available. Did not provide shampoo. Had to pay for internet access.They do not clean your room unless you pay for it, or stay more than 7 nights.
