Electrical outage Never completed this stay. Hotel was overbooked and told to check back after 10pm to even see if rooms opned up.

Would NOT recommend On arrival the room booked and paid for in advance was not available. Had to call Expedia several times to rectify as hotel staff were not interested (Expedia were very helpful) After two days staying in a smaller room sharing a bed with son we were finally moved. Hotel staff wouldn’t refund two days stay in wrong room type. Breakfast was non existent, nothing left by 0700 and not replenished. Complaints were ingnored.

will not return or recommend you have to go down to the front desk and get dishes for your room 3 out of the 4 times I went to get coffee in the lobby - the pot was empty - and the rooms do not have coffee pots it snowed several inches the night that I stayed - I went out to my vehicle the next morning only to find that whoever plowed the lot that morning, plowed my car in. Adequate stay. Hotel staff was not at the desk in the morning. Had to wait a while for someone to show up. When I booked, the info said breakfast was included. They have no breakfast. Coffee and granola bars. Hotel would not print a receipt when I checked out. Claimed they couldn't because I booked through Expedia. This is ridiculous - other hotels print a receipt with no problem. Staff not friendly or helpful. They need training in customer service.

Never again Window fell out, toilet seat loose, no housekeeping during our 3 day stay, no real breakfast to speak of... cup of joe & a gramola bar or muffin, no hair dryer

Very dirty hotel Room smelt very bad, drawers were not cleaned, dust in furniture. Furniture are old and full of scratches. Hair in bathroom. Carpet was not vacuumed at all.

古い 設備も古く、ドライヤーもなかった。ベッドも匂いが気になった。
